RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Need to make a return, follow these guidelines!

  • Returns must be made under these guidelines or they will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. 
  • Returns that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached for return to be accepted.
  • For defects, please contact us by emailing hello@graceandedge.com within 3 days of order delivery.
  • NO returns on sale marked items.
  • Returns on promo code discounted purchase on full priced items are OK.
  • RETURNS or STORE CREDIT: Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
  • STORE CREDIT ONLY: Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
  • EXCHANGES: Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time due to limited inventory. If we still have the size in the item you are wanting to exchange for, please email us ASAP and we can help you the best we can!
  • Grace & Edge is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please email hello@graceandedge.com for more info if your package is lost.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs; Grace & Edge Boutique does not provide free returns at this time.

  • Then print the form, return in package, and mail it to us!
